First Visiting Professors from Siddha to USA Medical College: Other than the modern (conventional/ allopathic/Western) medical system, the rest are all together called Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM). There is a great interest to combine/integrate all CAM together under a single umbrella. The best therapies from various CAM will be integrated with the allopathic medical system based on research evidence. In the CAM table, we would like to make sure Traditional Siddha Medicine (TSM) is also presented without fail. To achieve this, MSM appointed three Siddha Doctors as Adjunct Professors, which is the a great milestone in the TSM history. Dr. Selva Shunmugam, Dr. Uma Senthil and Dr. Arul Amuthan are the three Siddha doctors currently became the Visiting Professors of MSM.
