❇️ *Suttigai* One of the 32 Pura Maruthuvam comes under *Asura maruthuvam*
❇️Therapeutic application of *Red -Hot* metal instrument over the superficial surface of the skin with an intention to cure or manage or prevent diseases called *Cautery Therapy(Suttigai)*
❇️ This *Raktchasa Sikitsai* is very useful to treat Clinical conditions like *Pain, Bronchial Asthma, Prolonged ailments, Infertility, Parkinsonism, sleeplessness, trigeminal Neuralgia, Hiccup, Migraine, Warts, Corn Foot* and many more.....
❇️Even though 5 types are mentioned in siddha as Mara chuttiiai(wood), Mann chuttikai(clay), Kaal chuttikai (heated air), Kaanthi chuttikai (sunbath); Uloga chuttikai(metal),which is made of Iron/Gold/Copper/Panchalogam is widely used by clinical practitioners and traditional vaidhyas.
