RULES OF EATING
Try to keep your meals on regular shedule.
Eat slowly .Chew it thoroughly,remebering digestion start in the mouth.
Eat only five different food at one meal .Otherwise it lead to digestion problem.
Do not snakes between meals.
Do not overload your system. Fill half of the stomach with food,one quarter with liquid and leavet the rest empty.
Before you eat,remember God, who dewells in all foods and who dwells
in all foods and who bestows all bounderies.
Eat at least one raw salad every day.
Eat to live-don't live to eat.
Meat,drugs,alcohol,over cooked foods ,packed foods,fermented foods,overfried or reheated many times or those containing preservatives are included in this category.It makes person dull and lazy.Such person tend to suffer chronic diseases and depression.Over eating are thamasic.
It will over stimulate body and mind,cause mental stress and nervous disorders.The food that are hot,dry,burning,sour are Rajasic.
The foods which increase Purity,Joy,Health are satvic. It maintain mental and nervous equlibrium through out the life.Fruits,Vegetables,lightly cooked vegetables,herbal tea,salades,honey,milk,butter,grains,fresh herbs,legumes,nuts.It is easily digested and supplies maximum energy.
