EXTERNAL PILES,ANAL FISTULA,ANAL SINUS TREATMENTS IN SIDDHA

PROCEDURE
STOMACH,RECTUM AND BLADDER SHOULD BE EMPTY .PATIENT SHOULD LIE IN LITHOTOMY POSITION.
FIRST THE AFFECTED PART IS PROBED WITH A NEEDLE TO WHICH THE MEDICATED THREAD IS ATTACHED (SPECIALLY PREPARED) IS ATTACHED .NEEDLE IS PIERCED THROUGH THE FISTULA TO THE OTHER END AND THE THREAD IS TIED AROUND IT .SINUS :ONLY PADDING THREAD IS DONE.
THE PART IS THOROUGHLY WASHED AND PADDED WITH ANTISEPTIC DRUGS.THE THREAD SHOULD BE TIGHTED TWICE IN A WEEK AND IT MUST BE RENEWED WITH ANOTHER ANOTHER THREAD EVERY COUPLE OF WEEKS.
NB: MEDICATED THREAD SHOULD NOT BE TIGHTED
DIET AND REGIMEN
DO NOT TAKE CHILLIES,SALTS,SOUR FOODS.AVOID SITTING AND STANDING FOR LONG PERIODS.AVOID HARD WORK,JUMPING,CONSTIPATION ETC
USE ONLY AYUSH PATENTED ALKALINE THREADS
